We’re looking for someone who has the right blend of artistic brilliance (to create eye-grabbing visuals that wow clients & users alike) and organizational responsibility (because, well, even the most amazing designs need to be turned in time to meet launch deadlines).

Here’s what you’ll do as a Visual Designer at inspire11:

• Participate in design meetings and workshops with clients, to map out the goals, objectives and overall visual voice for the digital products we build
• Craft, iterate & polish digital media interfaces for business websites, mobile apps, and customer-facing experiences
• Create style guides and design libraries that reflect our clients’ intended style and tone

• Create multiple specifications of a graphic design according to needs, including mobile and web versions of software

• You are expert at translating concepts, words and phrases into visuals that express the core concepts our clients want to communicate
• You can work both independently, and as part of a team to meet milestones and complete projects on time
• You’ve demonstrated your ability to design custom websites, apps, or visuals that meet demanding specifications
